Bring back the plastic to its elemental origin…

Elementum is a proprietary technology based on chemical recycling, which we called Dynamical Thermo Cracking (DTC), this process allows plastic even contaminated (our favorites) – to be decomposed into its elemental components (hydrocarbon chains) without washing them (zero water footprint), in order to produce organic solvents, which can be used as additives for:

Solvents and Paints

Lubricants and Anticorrosives

Fertilizers and water retainers

Other purposes

Each Kilogram of processed plastic becomes in about 750ml of solvent, which will depend on the type of plastic, its state of degradation and contaminants. Currently, the first patent is near to be approved and the second one will be based on Artificial Intelligence for plastics kinetic degradation is coming.

THE BEGINNING…

Elementum is a spin-off in 2020 of the formerly called Ecofuels SpA, whose original purpose was to produce fuels from non-recyclable plastic waste.

However, we felt that continuing to burn is not compatible with the environmental policies that our planet needs. That is why, after numerous improvements and experiments, we discovered that, with certain dynamic operating conditions, it was possible to create even shorter chains, obtaining solvents of higher quality and value than fuels, this is how today we are saving the planet 0 .6 kg of CO2 equivalent for each liter of solvent produced, thanks to the complementary use of clean energy through solar panels.

Each sample is characterized at different levels as requested by the user, the result is called Elementums and has a number that will determine its properties. We describe the levels:

1. CREATE ELEMENTUM - FIRST LEVEL

We receive your plastics that are not conventionally recyclable and process them into organic solvent. Here we have some cleaners, fuel additives, fertilizers and others.

You avoid emitting up to 0.13 kg of CO2 Eq per liter of solvent.

2. ASSIMILATE ELEMENTUM - PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

With the analyzed results of Create Elementum we propose a solvent that you can incorporate in your production processes, in the construction or chemical area and that does not require certification of use it.

You avoid emitting up to 0.32 kg of CO2 Eq per liter of solvent.

3. DOMITE ELEMENTUM - ALQUIMIST LEVEL

Your commitment to the planet is such that we certify the solvent (using ASTM International test methods), so you can have your own line of attractive solutions based on Elementums with our seal.

You avoid emitting up to 0.6 kg of CO2 Eq per liter of solvent.
